From the 4th July 2009 every contractor who installs or maintains refrigeration, air conditioning that contains or is designed to contain F-Gas refrigerants MUST have been registered with REFCOM , the Governments new F-Gas Certification Body, any contractor operating without a certificate or at least interim certificates will be committing an offence.

We at European Refrigeration Limited fully comply with this legislation and are also voluntary members of REFCOM. Our engineers are all trained to a high standard on an ongoing basis, so we can provide a completely up to date service for our clients.

European Refrigeration are also registered with CHAS the government Health and Safety body.

European Refrigeration are also members of HVCA which promotes high standards within the Industry.

European Refrigeration are also licensed registered Waste and Hazardous Waste Carriers.

European Refrigeration can help you to retrofit your equipment which contains phase out refrigerants such as R22 which will be banned from 1st January 2010.

F-Gas legislation ALSO requires clients to abide by the law and places emphasis on the responsibility of the client to keep accurate records for any equipment that contains F-Gas.
